  • Turkey Burger 1.5 pounds / 24 Ounces

  • Soft-Ripened Brie - 4 Slices

  • Cranberry Sauce 0.25 pounds / 4 Ounces

  • Mayo 0.25 pounds / 4 Ounces

  • Sesame Seed Bun - 4 Buns

  1. Divide the meat into 6 ounce portions. Form each portion loosely into a 3/4-inch-thick patty and make a depression in the center with your thumb. Season both sides of each burger with salt and pepper.

    • Take care not to over work the meat
    • Allowing the meat to warm up to near room temperature will provide a better sear that will lock in flavor

Cooking Directions:

  1. Place turkey patties on the grill or pan at medium-high heat and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the burgers and continue cooking for at least another 5 minutes until desired doneness.

  3. Place cheese on top of meat during the final minute of cooking

  5. Lightly toast the bun during the last minute of cooking on a separate pan at low-medium heat (if desired).

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Place turkey patty on top of bottom bun

  2. Place the Soft-Ripened Brie on top of the meat (if not already done)

  3. Top the burger with Cranberry Sauce

  4. Top the burger with Mayo

  5. Place the top half of the bun to complete the burger.
